All was good apart from location of room
Didn't like that you had to climb so many stairs asked for a low room and told fully booked which I do not believe

I was here for 10 nights and ate at open-air restaurant with a good buffet breakfest. The service here was great...

Couldn't get wireless in my room, while others were able to. There was no signal. I was also told I took a laundry bag from my room on check out, I did not take this and never had one in my room during my stay. Was a bit disappointing to be accused of it on my departure.

We really got good value for money. Lived in the cheaper area of the hotel but were very satisfied with it. They helped you with everything and really did the best. It was a peaceful stay with wonderful breakfast area and very good breakfast. We sat in a shadowed garden wich felt very good in the hot Ao Nang. We recomend the landry at the tourist shop opposite to the hotel, He was really friendly and helped us a lot with daytrips. Close to beach. I would say the hotel is not a luxury one, but it was really good service and you hade everything there also beachtowels every day.

Appreciated our such great stay there a lot. The place had a relaxing atmosphere. The room was neat with great beds. The service was good, including a smooth check-in. It took only 10 minutes to walk to stand to Krabi town bus stop.

I have stayed at the Pakasai a few times now. The garden setting is always relaxing. The room was spacious and comfortable with quality modern fittings throughout. The pool and breakfast areas are both good though the buffet breakfast is a little plain. The Pakasai is quiet and relaxing but an easy stroll to all the action. I've stayed at the Pakasai in both the dry and rainy seasons. The spaciousness of the rooms and the verandah are a real benefit on rainy days.

Undertrained, unexperienced staff. Very limited breakfast - exact same thing every morning - no variety. Dirty room on arrival. Extremely poor cleaning throughout our stay - sheets weren't changed even once in 12 days. Shower covered in mould. Room smelled mouldy also. Beds very uncomfortable - 2 mattresses placed on wooden base which made beds very hard. Limited beds at pool area and pool water appeared murky and unclean.

I really enjoyed the peaceful breakfast by the gardens and the lovely pool area. The room was spacious, but it differed from the pictures displayed. I would definitely return!

Pool area was nice, actual location of the resort was good.
Our room was up in the mountains literally. It took ages to walk up from the reception area not to mention exhausting. Also walkway is cobblestones and very slippery, I actually have the biggest bruise ever from slipping in the rain. Also found staff either rude or did not understand English well. Could be quite unfriendly and unwilling to be helpful. There were actually quite a few of us there for a wedding I thought we could have received better treatment
